We use the best cut you can get for our tenders. From the outset, 100% all-natural premium tenderloins have been the building block for our entire menu. Our time-tested recipe has become a household favorite, locking in flavor with our southern-style buttermilk marinade, and lightly breaded by hand with every order.

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Sam Rothschild – COO and Partner

Rothschild joined Slim Chickens in October 2013. He is an experienced restaurant professional that has achieved superior results with company and franchise owned locations around the world. A Johnson and Wales culinary graduate, he owned his own restaurants in his early twenties before jumping into the big brand arena with Metromedia Group.  He spent 13 years with Bennigan’s as Regional Vice President and Vice President of International Operations.  Most recently he was Senior Vice President at Applebee’s and Dine Equity heading up the operations and franchise development teams and managing over 2000 locations.

Jackie Lobdell – Vice President Franchise Development

Lobdell joined Slim Chickens in June 2018.  She is a multi-year award winning sales professional with 25 years of experience. Since joining the team she has more than doubled the franchisee base and grown the development pipeline to over 600 units.  Prior to heading up the franchise development department at Slim Chickens, Lobdell served as a Senior Director of franchise development for FOCUS Brands, where she was instrumental in growing the McCallister’s Deli concept through multi-unit franchising.
